I2 msdp resets (at least at gpn & ku)

Thought you might like to know that the msdp sessions (at least at KU)
appear to be stable again.  Below is some detail from the Great Plains
Network trouble ticket on this issue, if you are interested.

I just checked the msdp session reset counters and they have been stable
since the afore mentioned 20:07 CDT.  I am going to close out this ticket
quietly at the end of today, if monitoring shows that it stays stable all
day long.
