This problem is harmless; it's caused by certain versions of Juniper 
routing code interacting with Cisco IOS.  I'm led to believe that it's soon 
to be fixed by Juniper and/or Cisco.  We've been seeing this message for 
quite a few weeks now without any obvious problems.
