Lotus Development Corporation...Learning Space

Seems the College of Business recieved a 3 year grant from IBM (and the
state, I think) to integrate Learning Space into their curriculum. My
inside sources (not my contact) state that Learning Space has a lot of
problems, and is not supported under R5 of Notes. (For Notes savvy
people and Homer Simpson, this is bad. R5 has much more powerful web
publishing features such as Notes scripts to Java script conversions,
data query and polling, extended AS/400 dBase support, etc.)

I've also consulted some people in the Notes industry about Learning
Space. A representative from a recently IBM praised and approved Notes
house was seen "rolling his eyes" when I mentioned Learning Space.

Once again, I would be willing to have my impartial contact at the
College of Business give an overview if desired.

Cheers,
Richard ;-)
