dppt problem (time sensitive)

I'm trying to do some stuff with dppt for our meeting going on in
Gatlinburg starting tomorrow morning.  These folks at LBL are having
problems Lori Freitag and I have never seen.  Any help appreciated.

LBL is running ppt2000 on Win2000.  I am running server at ORNL, and
server log shows them connecting.

I am not a member of this list, so please include me in replies.
