Hi gents,

Yesterday after few observations and computations we figured out that
our MIRNet channel is too thin to withstand current traffic generated
by
the conference.

I urge all participants (if you still want us in the conference) to
adjust
their video transmit bandwidth to 200k , at least while Moscow takes
part in it.

Computations are simple:

(25 members * 200 Kbit/per member + leaving ~512k for misc.traffic and
audio) == "Goodbye, yellow brick road... " (C) Elton Jhon

P.S. Participants of Moscow Supercomputing Workshop, including
our US-guests still hope that we will succeed with videoconference.
According to our previous appointment we will start transmission
4:30pm MSK time (7:30am Central Time).
