COMPLETE: Maintenance of ANL OC-12 AT 6:00 PM CDT

I am pleased to report that the problem with OC-12 signalling on Argonne's
OC-12 192.5.171.0/28 LIS has been corrected.  Please consider the
maintenance window closed.  All routing should be back to normal.

The problem had to do with a newly installed Gigabit Ethernet line card in
the chassis that did not have enough switch fabric bandwidth to support it.
 Once I pulled the Gigabit Ethernet line card out, the problem went away.

IP multicast service should be restored.  MSDP SAs are being received at
the ACCESS-DC site in Washington, DC.

Traceroutes from goshen.mcs.anl.gov to clipper-atm.lbl.gov are now correct:
