SDP file for Access Grid

I think the following text, when put into a file with .sdp extension, will
do the appropriate thing for certain multicast clients that want a .sdp
file to join multicast groups.  I've also attached the same text as a .sdp
file for your enjoyment and convenience.

If you don't know what this means you should feel free to ignore it
thoroughly and completely.
