WAN IP multicast configuration presentation

I've put together a first draft of a presentation, intended to explain how
the various pieces for wide area IP multicast configuration are done.  If
you would like to look at this presentation (comments welcome!) you can

This is heavy on Cisco router configuration, since I am most familiar with
configuration of those routers.

As I said, this is a first draft.  I will try to keep the URL updated with
newer version(s) as they become available.
