Script-UNM Chautauqua

All, Attached is the latest script revision for the UNM Chautauqua. Some
details for the third are still being worked out, but primarily affect
local folks. Note that there is a live and remote for Mike Norman from
UIUC for that third day, however. There is also another schedule for all
the logistics, etc. Don't think anyone wants to see that.

In any case, I need feedback and additional information where indicated.
For eaxmple, the time for the ARL demo and where/how exactly. Please let
me know.
