hi salim,
for the time being it may be enough to just email it back and forth 
between us: we're kind of 1/2 day out of time (i'm in sydney australia) 
so it should be easy to keep any modifications in sync.  as soon as the 
new SVN site is available we can put it up there for more formal 
collaboration.  this should be manageable if one or two others wish to 
be involved also.
