[AG-DEV] VPCScreen and newer codecs

G'day AG Developers

Just wondering if there is anyone that could provide some information on newer codec support for the VPCScreen AG node service.

The reason being for asking about this, is that the H261AS codec is not a "standard" codec and therefore, is not support on other applications.  I am seeing an increasing demand and utilization of "Bridged" AG (and other technologies) sessions.  The unfortunately issue is that whenever another uses VPCScreen ("sharing the desktop"), other technologies are unable to see the video transmission.

Therefore, my question is this:

*	Has anyone done any development, or knows of a version that supports codecs such as H264 and Mpeg4?

*	Is anyone out there thinking about working on adding this capability?

I would be very interested in hearing any feedback.
