[AG-DEV] 3.1 Release next week

Given the positive reports I've gotten on the 3.1 beta2 release, I think 
we're in good shape for a final 3.1 release next week.  There may be a 
couple bugs in Bugzilla that warrant fixing, and can be fixed easily and 
without compromising the stability we've established in the beta 
releases; if so, we'll address those early in the week and get to 
testing packages for Windows and OSX (leaving Linux partially to Chris 
and Doug).  If you're aware of any notable problems that you think 
should be fixed before the final release, please make it known as soon 
as possible so we can address it quickly.

I've received new code that I'd like to get in soon after for inclusion 
in a (potentially beta) release soon after 3.1.
