[AG-DEV] Modified dvgrab available for dv over rtp transmission

Hi,

I've put up a modified version of dvgrab (see http://www.kinodv.org) that
uses ucl's common library to transmit dv over rtp according to rfc3189.
It supports RTCP including the accessgrid specific site identifier and 
encryption. Tested with vic, vp and xdvshow. It is only a commandline
program at this stage but would be easy to integrate into the AG.
