[AG-DEV] AG3 - 8th Mar CVS changes

For AG3 testers, one of the CVS changes during 8th March seems to  
have made the latest VenueClient unable to enter "older" venue  
servers (and vice versa).

Since the ANL AG3 test VenueServer is still running the "old" version  
at the moment, it means that VenueClients built after these CVS  
changes are unable to enter the test server. On the other hand, the  
servers at seivers.vislab.uq.edu.au and vv3.vislab.uq.edu.au have  
been updated, so although they accept the new VenueClients, they  
reject older VenueClients.
