[AG-DEV] AG3 agpm.py error

Running packaged AG3 (linux), the following error appears very time  
agpm.py is run:

Traceback (most recent call last):
   File "/usr/lib/python2.4/logging/__init__.py", line 712, in emit
     self.stream.write(fs % msg)
ValueError: I/O operation on closed file


The error always comes at the end of whatever agpm.py was doing e.g.

ag at v2:~$ agpm.py -s -l
['Shared PDF',
'Shared Browser',
'Shared Question Tool',
'Shared Presentation',
'VenueVNC']

We didn't see this error in the AG2.x releases.
