Things to remove from bin

The AGLuancher explicitly points to CertificateRequestTool - it's a nice
way to directly request a cert without going into cert management - but
we can always change that I guess.  Moving AGLauncher.py to
packaging/OSX is ok, as long as we only ever want to use it on OS X -
it's written so that it *could* be used on other platforms, but I don't
know if that's interesting to people or not...
