use bugzilla unconfirmed?

Do people think it would be worthwhile to enable the voting feature in 
bugzilla?  It could help us prioritize bugs and features.

A bug would appear as UNCONFIRMED instead of NEW until a minimum number of 
votes was cast for it -- with limited votes per user.

Don't know if it's more trouble than it's worth, but it would allow a 
little more involvement from the community.
