Gentoo Install

I have the beginnings of the gentoo install done. I have all the prereqs
done and most of the AGTk. What I'm missing are the node services. One
thing I've noticed is that for some reason it tries to find the
SharedApplications, NodeServices, and Services directories under /usr
instead of /etc/AccessGrid/Config. I edited Platform/unix/Config.py to
get the base dir from GetConfigDir instead of GetBaseDir and that seemed
to fix it when the directories already existed. If they failed to make
them and failed to start then. Not sure if this was the right thing or
not.
