AG Packaging 2.3 Beta

Hello AG Packagers,

We're looking to release a Beta for 2.3 this Monday August 2 (probably the 
end of the day or so here) and we wanted to let packagers know.  
There is no timeframe pressure from us for you guys to have packages.  It 
might be a good opportunity for you to give us some feedback about how to 
streamline the release process.  Also, we're looking to release the 2.3 
final roughly a month after the beta.

The one note that Tom wanted me to pass along is that NodeServices should 
be easier to package before Monday.  i.e. a windows service .exe will not 
need to be included in the Linux packaging and vice versa.

If you have packaging scripts or patches you wouldn't mind contributing, 
we'd be happy to check them in to cvs and update them whenever you have 
changes.   Hopefully this would prevent redundant work and help people 
contribute to or learn from your packaging efforts.
