Role based cascaded delegation

Hey,

A question came up here about GSI providing two things:

1) Single sign-on, and 
2) delegation

we're talking about single-sign-on via the keychain. but *if* we wanted
delegation (which some scientists apparently do use :-), what would be a
good solution -- how's this paper look?
