Subject: AGT 2.1.2 Configuration Question

I just finished upgrading the West Virginia University Access Grid to
2.1.2. I have been trying to reconfigure the node without much success. I
started AGNodeManager and AGServiceManager on the Windows 2000 Display
Machine, AGServiceManager on a Linux Video Capture machine, and
AGServiceManager on a Linux audio machine. I then run NodeSetupWizard.py
from the Display machine. While going through the Wizard, it seems that
the application can only communicate with the ServiceManager on the local
machine. Every attempt to connect with any other ServiceManagers has
failed so far.
I tested this theory by running NodeSetupWizard.py on the other machines
and got similar results. The video capture machine only saw its Service
Manager and the same happened for the Audio machine.
I have noticed that the ServiceManager application is not as verbose as it
was in 2.1.1. In that version, the ServiceManager would indicate whether
it had found the identity certificates or not. Whenever I start up the
ServiceManager in 2.1.2, I get the following line:AGServiceManager URL: https://<insert hostname of machine
here>:12000/ServiceManager.I tried running the ServiceManager in debug mode, but nothing was ever
logged to the console.
I ran VenueClient.py on each machine to make sure that the certficiates I
obtained with 2.1.1 were still there. Also, I made sure to run
grid-proxy-init on each of the Linux machines before starting the
ServiceManager.
Finally, I used the "Manage My Node" utility in the VenueClient to try to
communicate with the other ServiceManagers, but I ran into the same
problems.
Can you offer any suggestions for troubleshooting this problem? Any help
you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
