Hey,

I'd like ot make the final releases of AG2 something people can install
trivially. After looking things over, we seem to have 2 major clumps of
stuff:

Basic Software

Globus
pyGlobus
OpenSSL
Putty
pyOpenSSL_AG


AGTk Software
-------------
Core Software
Services
 Venue
 Audio
   Rat
 Video (P/C)
   Vic
Client
Shared Apps

I think I'd like us to consider making one large installer (in addition to
two installers, plus probably the installer for each piece). Thoughts?
