DRAFT: Formal Testing for AG2.0

This looks good, with one comment:  AG2 users won't be able to 
communicate with AG1 users in the mud, but we could easily be in the ANL 
room on the mud to support AG1 users there.  Text support during 
installations could be useful for people to be able to paste stuff to 
us, and would provide at least some logging of problems people encounter.
