Transitional Venue Server

The Transitional Venue Server (vv2:9000) is now running with the 
modified 2.0 branch code (r_2_0_final), which includes Bob's fixes to 
improve stability.  The server is running as user "ag", with most of the 
AG-interested people as administrators.  I'll probably restart it 
tonight, wrapped in a script that restarts the server if it dies (though 
I don't expect that'll be necessary).
