Just a thought

While sitting in this AG demo I just came up with this thought. It might
be nice to be able to put a file called README or NOTICE in a venue so
that when someone travels to the venue it automatically pops up the
contents of that file (think ftp here). This would be nice so that when
ANL houses a venue, you can make the notice that you are using DOE
resources and cna be monitored, or putting information regarding what
the venue's used for. What does everyone else think about this?
