[Systems Req #27544] viewcvs?

I lost Bob's response about this being the public CVS server, but wanted to
respond, so it's in this email :-).

*if* this is the public cvs server for all FL stuff, it needs to be renamed
to fl-cvs or something else. It's very confusing #1, to viewcvs ag-cvs and
see voyager, and all the other modules (including the AG-2) module which is
not for public distribution.

It's confusing to use viewcvs on ag-cvs and see all the modules, imagine if
you didn't have any FL/MCS context -- a bunch of small choices have
contributed to this moderate sized confusion problem. I'd propose we decide
a few things:

#1: Rename the cvs server to fl-cvs.mcs.anl.gov
#2: Get rid of modules we don't want public (AG-2, are there others?)
#3: reorganize the 1.0 software, putting everything in the AG module, that'd
move VV, dppt, ag-dep, ag-linux-dep, ag-windows-dep, ag-vic (and then decide
if ag and ag-src are the same or which one keep)

That gets us down to:

AG
AccessGrid
Voyager
Common

Then add:

Globus (whichever one/s we use/Release Engineer)
pyGlobus

Hopefully these become less necessary in the future, but for now we have
customized versions.
