Replacement for --cert/--key on Venue Server

to set up a venue server using a host/service cert, you can do the following.

Create a directory to hold the venue server's per-user state (which 
includes the certificte repository)

set AGTK_USER=thatdir

Start the venue client, fill in the profile if you want, and start the cert 
mgr. Import the service cert, and set it as the default.

Quit the venue client, and run the venue server (assuring that AGTK_USER is 
still set).

You should see something like the following in the logging output (that 
shows up with -d anwyay):
