I have NCSA setting up a quickbridge. It would be good to use their
scheduler (you could to create a login for yourself on that system). That
is where they will post IP information.

I would suggest beefing up your original webpages with the agenda and links
to ppts. Also, advertising our server if
so: ws-display.mcs.anl.gov. This would be simplest.

Simply ask them to send you/me mail if they are attending. I haven't
advertised any page but yours. I actually think it is too late to put up a
registration page for a meeting in 2 days... I will collect the mails if
you like so you have an idea of who you will be talking to :)

I don't know anything about this meeting or who is running it. Since is
was a spin off from Retreat advertising and planning it more might have
worked to our advantage. It seems the pieces are being put into place
rather late in the game due to your other commitments though :( (never a
dull moment). I would suggest you have people arrive 1/2 before the
meeting. I will put this early arrival on schedule for all three days.

And yes this isn't the time to disagree with your position, however, you
need to understand that testing or kickoff meetings are to convey what will
happen in the meeting, go through agendas, discuss everyone's role, find
any network gliches or multicasting issues here. Not for node testing or
handholding necessarily. If you don't spend a few minutes on this then
your meeting has the potential of going poorly and content will suffer :)

WS seems to be reserved on FL Calendar.

If your node op needs help, I will be around these days. It is nice it is
just simply 2 hours each day...
