I've attached the process for review, eventually I'll stop sending this,
since it'll be in our minds.

Also attached is the document map.  This is the checklist for the talks.
Right now we need to be iterating on the architecture documents, while
I'm getting the design doc approved. Once it's approved we need to crank
out design docs for the other pieces.  This is going to be a very hard
thing to do, expect to get frustrated :-).

You might want to start drafting a design doc in the format I've shown
previously to make sure you get a head start, but be forewarned, the
format will probably change slightly to moderately.

Also, keep the documents concise, there's no need to be redundant all
over the place. If it's refered to elsewhere, reference it.
