Here is mail I'm planning to send out tomorrow morning.  This addresses
our not having a fall retreat, but instead (as you can read) 3 meetings
to present 2.0 (arch, design, and programmatic interfaces) and get
feedback.

These meetings are a deadline for us to have the story done.  We need to
generate the arch and design documents in the next week so we can go
over them and iterate at least once to make sure they're reasonably
complete.

I have a map of the documents (revised from the one I sent last spring)
and am trying to get first cuts of all the architecture docs by the end
of the day.  The design doc will take a couple more days to get right,
then we should grind out the design docs as well.

The fall as crept up on us with various events looming on the horizon.
We're not planning on holding our previously planned AG Fall Retreat,
instead we're going to hold a series of three meetings to present the
architecture and design of AG 2.0., including detailed information about
developers interfaces. Each of the meetings will have two presentations,
followed by a period of open discussion.

The the discussion after each presentation will provide a forum for
questions, concerns and feedback on the architecture and design.  These
meetings will be held via the Access Grid in the ANL Institutional
Venue.
