Hi,

Re_tau=360 corresponds approximately to Re_D=11700, that means that your 
diameter should be 1 (i.e. the radius 0.5), and the bulk speed should be 
1. This is achieved by:

- setting p02 to -11700
- having a pipe radius of 0.5
- setting p54 to the (negative) direction of the pressure gradient 
(-1=x, -2=y, -3=z)
- setting p55 to 1
