[petsc-users] DMMeshCreateMeshFromAdjacency

As you said, I do not need, PETSC_USE_FORTRAN_INTERFACES. The interface to
dmmeshcreatefromadjacency is not defined in

finclude/ftn-custom/petscdmmesh.h90

it is only defined in

finclude/ftn-auto/petscdmmesh.h90
