[petsc-users] installing petsc with scalapack from mkl

Dear Petsc developers and users,
I'm trying to configure petsc with scalapack from mkl library.

 From the configure.log (see attached) it seems that when PETSc checks 
for the scalapack functionality it does not link blacs.
Please advise.
