[petsc-users] relocation truncated to fit: R_X86_64_PC32 error

Hi,

We have petsc and slepc 3.3 on the machine. The problem is that a user
needs to compile and run an old code that uses slepc 3.0.

If we were to invest a lost of time in this code (it's a big one), it would
be in making the arrays allocatable rather than upgrading the use of
slepc/petsc routines from 3.0 to 3.3.
