[petsc-maint #36400] Re: C++ error! MPI_Finalize() could not be located!

Thanks, the error is gone. That really saved my day!
But you have to agree the connection between --with-cxx=icpc and 
"MPI_Finalize() could not be located!" is not trivially deduced.
