Version of Mpi and fblaslapack

I would suggest you to manually install MPI (MPICH2 perhpas works, if
not, use MPICH1), and install blas and lapack (if you are on linux,
it's far easier to look for those packages on your distro repo).

But perhaps the best thing is to figure out the crash... Can you send
de ouput of the crash, and perhaps run your application using
valgrind?
