SBAIJ + hypre preconditioners does not work?

The flg '-mat_getrow_uppertriangular' or MatSetOption(mat,MAT_GETROW_UPPERTRIANGULAR)
are used by Petsc function MatGetRow().

'-mat_getrow_uppertriangular' is not written for
Hypre interface.
