Sorry for jumping in on this late; just now catching up on email. I
already have a few patches that tried to enable cmake + cuda but, as
Karl pointed out earlier, it is pretty ridiculous. I can share my
current patches or we can compare at the lab. Let me know which you
prefer, Karl.
