pnetcdf packages for debian/ubuntu

Hey look! Someone went and packaged Parallel-NetCDF for Debian, and then 
it made its way into Ubuntu:

This is the first I've heard of the Debian GIS project.  I trust they 
know they can count on us to assist with any integration issues they
