pnetcdf test/DRY RUN Error in wrf simulation

Hi,
Thanks for running WRF tests for this particular error. Ok, I will compile
WRF3.6 and repeat the test. I believe you have tested wrf on the same
platform that is blue gene/P. I wonder if it is possible for you to
provide your configure.wrf for wrf3.6. This will help me to ensure that I
am consistent with you on compiling wrf, netcdf, and pnetcdf.
