pnetcdf with WRF

Using the openmpi/pgi compilers, I have the following results (text file attached). There are errors with the ncmpi_open, ncmpi_create but these seem to be expected. However after this, there is a significant run of assignment operation and declaration issues which correlate with the issues I initially mentioned... Any further advice would be extremely welcome!
