pre-release: parallel-netcdf 1.0.2pre1 - configure on AIX

This is because I cannot run the mpi program which trys to determine
MPI_Offset, setting MPI_Offset=8 in the environment before running configure
solves the problem.   I suppose you could also configure with the cross
compile mode as on bgl.
