Turning Parallel-NetCDF 1.0.0 pre-release 3 into final?

Hi Rene,

I realized that we forgot to Cc our replies to you, but
after an internal discussion we think we are pretty much
ready for the first release. The only thing we might be
waiting for is a FORTRAN test making use of our flexible
API, and one of our users is contributing to it.

We'll keep you posted as soon as we pack up our first 
release.
