[Nek5000-users] Restart statistics from f00*

For example, I have an array for production (energy budget) and it is stored in my f000-file. After restart I want to continue averaging of my array, so that at the first step I want production(i,j,k,e) = loaded value from st1_pipe0.f00xxx.
