[Nek5000-users] Restart using second order scheme

Hi,
if you do not do full restart, your first time step will be first order. 
Particularly important is also that if you do not have a good pressure 
initial condition, you might get large pressure errors, which might 
require you to use the coupled (Uzawa) algorithm (for PnPn-2).
