OK, I modified my original codes by commenting the assignment of nelx, nely, nelz, and run the codes with the latest Nek5000 on github.
Now the call quickmv works, but after a few steps the run stoped with error of:

19 ERROR: Vanishing Jacobian near 450th node of element 3417.
15 ERROR: Vanishing Jacobian near 454th node of element 3478.

I am not sure what have been changed for the moving-mesh modelling in the latest Nek5000.
My codes works very well with the old Nek5000.

Thanks,
Peng
