[Nek5000-users] Restart option failed

Dear Paul,

I use the ' nekbmpi ' scripts from the tools/script and nothing else.

I guess the some where the PATH variable to working directory is getting 
changed. It's weird the same code works properly on my ubuntu and not my 
Mac.
