Hi Holly,

To the best of my knowledge, we solved this problem for Frank.

The error usually indicates a problem with the mesh.  If you'd like,
email me off-list (fischer at mcs.anl.gov) and we can figure out a way
to get your mesh to me - email, if it's small enough - and I can take
a look.
