[Nek5000-users] convert mesh by MOAB

Sorry, but that doesn't work too, it gives me
Failed to load "pipe.e".
Error code: MB_INDEX_OUT_OF_RANGE (1)
Error message: pipe.e: Trouble reading vertices

I tried every exporting format but none of them wasn't work, I just made a
pipe with map type meshing and then I used ''compress ids all" then I
exported it as output. everything before that seems good but MOAB gives me
different errors!!
