[Nek5000-users] Lyapunov Exponents

Hi,

I want to compute the perturbation vectors and Lyapunov exponents in a  
simulation of Rayleigh-Benard convection. But I realized that the  
"computelyap" subroutine in perturb.f file is never called anywhere in  
the code. I wonder if you could help me how to handle the calculation  
of the Lyapunov exponents and store the corresponding perturbation fld  
files and lyp file.
